I was very hurt for a good while, I’d even gone through depression and lost all of my confidence in myself. I feel more sorry for the kids though because he hasn’t even bothered seeing them since he ran off.
I’m the one who does everything for my two girls and life has been so busy that I’ve stopped looking after myself.
Going through depression, I’d turned to food for comfort and that just lead to me becoming bigger, unhealthy and tired all the time.
I was so busy taking care of everyone else that I’d forgotten to take care of myself, I was gaining weight fast and it was becoming harder and harder to get motivated.
Time For Change…
I decided enough is enough, I HAD to do something! This is not just for my kids, I had to do this for myself as well.
So, I turned to good old Google to search for some workout programs to help me get back into shape.
I found there are a LOT of exercise programs out there but I decided to check out Anna Victoria’s workouts called Fit Body Guide because she really looks fit and healthy which is what I wanted to be like.
I really liked the Anna Victoria workout plan and the nutrition guide looked good as well BUT the only problem was the price is very expensive, especially when you don’t have that kind of money to spend. I was about to spend my money but something told me to do some research first and thankfully I did.

The price tag didn’t just look too high for me it looked too high for any workout guide by a professional.
How much do Anna Victoria’s Workouts Really Cost?
For some it might not look like a lot of money but once you start breaking everything apart it actually cost a LOT. After doing my research I found out the real cost of Anna Victoria’s workouts.
Here is what I found..
You can buy the bundle which includes the Fit Body Guide 12 Week Meal Plan and the Fit Body Guide 12 Week Workout Guide for $79.95. You do save $20 this way.
But did you know that once you’re done with the first bundle you are recommended to buy the Level 2 of FBT that includes another workout guide and meal plan for weeks 13 to 24?
So, buying both bundles will cost you a total of $159.90. That’s a lot of money if you ask me!
Also you can’t follow Anna Victoria’s workout without the proper equipment. If you don’t already have a gym membership or gym equipment at home, you will be expected to buy a set of dumbbells, a yoga mat, and a skipping rope.
This can cost another $100 or more! AHHHHH! Why So Expensive??
I really don’t understand why the price is so high, they are just eBooks after all. I mean, sure if they were hardcover books then at least you have a hard copy of it but why pay so much money for PDF eBooks? Talk about greedy!
Other Anna Victoria Workout Reviews
While doing my researching I found a lot of mixed reviews and comments about her guides.
I’m not saying they are all bad but there are a fair few women who were unable to finish the 12 week plan, and the ones that didn’t complete it only lasted around 2 weeks which made me also think that’s a lot of money to waste if you don’t follow through.
A lot of women complained that they either didn’t find the motivation to follow the instructions in the guide or they found it to be very difficult to follow. That is something I can totally agree with.
It is tough to follow instructions when you’re only reading them through an ebook and you don’t actually have the real Anna Victoria cheering you on through every step.
I mean, if you think that you won’t be able to complete this guide then that’s a waste of a lot of money.
After reading the mixed reviews that the FBT had I decided not to buy the her guides. If you’re someone who is a fan of Anna Victoria then go right ahead and purchase them.
I’m just here to give you my opinion about it and why I didn’t prefer to buy it.
The Cheaper Alternative to Anna Victoria’s Workouts that Working For Me
My research to know more about Anna Victoria led me to another workout guide that peaked my interest. The workout guide I discovered is named Bikini Body Workouts.
I’ve always wanted to look good in a bikini. I’ve been following the Bikini Body Workouts by Jen Ferruggia for about 9 weeks now, and let me tell you that I look and feel great.
The sense of confidence you get when you’re happy about the way you look feels amazing.
If you ask me the Bikini Body Workouts by Jen Ferruggia are better than the Anna Victoria’s workouts. With Anna’s FBG you only get ebooks BUT with Jen’s BBW you get videos, ebooks, shopping lists, and so much more. What else can you possibly ask for!

It is very easy and fun to do, and believe me, if I can do it then anyone can do it!
Now I know my Anna Victoria’s workouts review might not be for everyone. I just wanted to share my opinion and let you all know about a cheaper and effective alternative out there.
