I’ve been following the workouts for about 9 weeks now and I’m pretty excited to share my thoughts and results..

Just so you know, the exercises for body weight burn are totally different from other workouts that require you to do hours of time in a gym.

What I really like about the Bodyweight Burn system is, you don’t have to visit the gym and spend hours nor do you need to do heavy exercises to maintain your body weight.

This is actually why I decided to follow the workouts in the first place.

What I’m trying to say is, you do NOT have to spend that much money on a workout plan just because a celebrity endorses it. To me, that’s just crazy because there are many workouts that are much more affordable just like Bodyweight Burn.

The workout has been created by Adam Steer. He is a bodyweight exercise specialist and created this workout after years of research.

It really is one of the few workouts available that actually guarantee a healthy body once you start.

What’s Included In Bodyweight Burn

Here’s a whole list of what’s included in the workout.

  1. Cardio Flow

Cardio flow is the first step of this workout and it deals with the burning of your fats. It begins with the stretching of your body through various exercises to prepare it for further more intense exercises.

Cardio flow involves push-ups at various angles. Once your body has geared up, you have to stretch your legs and then perform bicycle crunches.

  1. After Burner

Cardio flow is followed by the ‘After Burner’. In this step your flab will be melted from the stomach and the arms.

We all know how hard it is to get rid of that flab, and this workout system is here to aid you through the whole process. To begin doing the ‘After Burner’ you’ll have to perform breakers as the first step.

Once you have a grip on the breakers, start with training your body with sit-ups and then increase the number as you proceed.

Make sure not to overdo it. As mentioned above this is not an ‘exercise marathon’ type of workout.

  1. Metabolic Muscles Session

This is the third step and also very simple for you to perform. You have to just simply do lying leg raise-leg straight. This is then followed by the lying led raise-knee bent. The last step is to do planking.

If can see for yourself that performing all of these exercises don’t require you to buy expensive gym equipment. You also don’t need a gym membership either.

The whole workout can be done in the privacy of your own home without you having to spend a lot of money in order to achieve your body goals.

  2. Anna, are the workouts difficult to do? I have week knees and am really interested in these workouts. Do you think they would be alright for someone who has had a leg injury?
    Hope you can answer my question as soon as possible. I want to buy it but just want to know if it’s safe for me. Thank you!

    • Hi Kathy.
      That would probably depend on the injury I guess. There is a bit of bending and squatting so it will put some strain on the knees and legs. Personally though, I think it would only do wonders for your leg because it might help rehabilitate it? Hope that helps.
