Is Burn HIIT really worth buying?
Read my review first so you know if it’s the right workout program for you!
Hi there! My name is Anna K and today I want to share my thoughts and opinions on the Burn HIIT program by personal trainer Jenn Rochon from Bouge Fitness.
One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced being a single mom of 2 children is finding time and money to workout.
My now ex-husband cheated on me with a friend of the family who of course was younger and thinner than me which has been really hard to overcome.
To be honest, I should have seen it coming because I caught him lying multiple times and noticed all the changes pretty early.
Worst of all, I caught them in our own home – in our bed!
I think I will remember that look on their faces when I caught them in the act for the rest of my life.
My heart was ripped out completely when I found out they’d been seeing each other for over a year 🙁
The break up was messy and I went through a really hard time, but the ones who are suffering the most are my two girls Hayley and Hannah.
That prick hasn’t bothered to see them since the split and like always I’m left picking up the peaces, trying to explain that daddy isn’t coming home.
Anyway, back to my Burn HIIT review..
Because I’m super busy being a mom and working as a part-time waitress, takeaway and quick and easy meals have been all to common.
I packed 23 pounds and felt terrible all the time.
The big turning point for me was when I tried on a brand new dress that I’d bought recently and it didn’t fit anymore..
I looked in the mirror that evening and noticed how much weight I’d actually put on.
Feeling depressed, emotional and fat I done what just about everyone does and turned to good old Google for help.
I searched for a good 2 hours sifting through website after website, reading about all kinds of diets, workout routines and gym programs.
One that really caught my eye was HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
The more I looked into this type of workout the more it made sense that this was the right type of routine for me..

They where all giving it raving reviews so I had to check it out for myself.

I really love this program, you don’t need any gym equipment or a gym membership so for me it’s the perfect program.
The videos are really good, and I mean really good.
It’s like Jenn is in the room with you while you workout pushing you to go harder..She is very motivating!
You can watch the videos on any device. I watch them on my iPad or TV just depends if I’m inside or outside (I like to do the workouts outdoors sometimes).

I think the price is very affordable considering all the workout and diet plans that I came across were well over $39..

The good thing about this program is, it’s a one time payment.
Most of the workout programs out there charge a monthly fee or subscription so that was something I took into consideration when buying Jenn’s BurnHIIT.
Do I think it’s worth buying…DEFINITELY!!!

My Results So Far Following Jenn Rochon’s Burn HIIT (Updated)
So far I’ve lost 17 pounds and I’m toning up nicely – I’ve only been following it for 4 weeks!!
Here’s what I’ve noticed so far:
I’ve got more energy which is really helping with work and running around with the kids.
Everyday, especially after the workouts I feel energised and ready to tackle what ever life throws at me…
I feel more confident in myself and now, when I look in the mirror I’m seeing changes everyday that’s really motivating me to keep going.
I’m sleeping better, concentrating and thinking clearer and I just feel healthy inside and out.
Best of all, I starting to get compliments and I’ve even been asked on a date 😀
I can’t wait to see the look on my ex-husbands face when he sees me now!!!
Look, if you’re looking for a HIIT workout that actually works then you just have to check out Jenn Rochon and her HIIT program..I’m totally addicted and loving it.
