My Anna Victoria Nutrition Guide Review
I’m going to share my opinion about the Fit Body Guide Meal Plan by Anna Victoria. This will help you to understand whether or not it is something worth following!
A good meal plan is very important if you want to become fit and healthy again.
While exercising is plays a major role in burning extra fat from your body you can’t deny that what you consume also has a role to play.
The Anna Victoria’s Fit Body Guide also comes with a meal plan. Let’s see what it tells you to do and if it really is something you should follow.
What It Takes To Follow The Fit Body Guide Meal Plan
Anna Victoria has posted different kinds of meal plan guides in order to get, what she calls, a fit body.
The one that I’ll discuss here is her 12 weeks Fit Body Guide meal plan.
There’s no denying that Anna looks after her body.
According to her she got her washboard abs and an envious body by following her own 12 weeks meal plan.
The whole plan is broken up into segments.
Let’s go over them one-by-one.
First of all you’ll have to take pictures before starting this meal plan. This is because after completing your meal plan you can have the means to compare the before and after pictures and notice the difference.
So, take some pictures before starting the meal plan. Take different type of pictures. Try and wear different clothes so you can see clearly how different you’ll look in the same clothes after completing the meal plan.
After taking your set of photos measure your body.
Note them down somewhere so you can keep a record and see them change as you continue with the meal plan.
Take measurements after a week and compare them to the data you recorded from last week.
You will surely start to notice a difference.
After completing the plan compare the measurements from week 12 with the ones from week 1 and be astonished by the results!
- Meal Plans and Routine:
The meal is divided into parts. Anna Victoria recommends a lot of healthy food items in order to get you back into shape.
She also changes the meals in order for you to not get bored.
There are many advantages that come with eating healthy.
A lot of people think that eating healthy will stop them from gaining weight.
What they don’t know is that eating healthy affects your mood, your sleep, your looks, and gives you energy.
In the beginning of the meal plan, just for a few weeks, you will have to follow a healthier meal plan.
This is because you need to change your eating routine. This can be difficult for a lot of people, however, if you are determined and stick to the meal plan you’ll start seeing a lot of positive changes.
These changes will not just be physical but will be psychological as well.
The Anna Victoria’s Fit Body Guide Meal Plan also focuses a lot of a person’s eating schedule.
It makes sure that your stomach doesn’t remain empty for more than two to three hours.
In order to start the day you’ll have to eat breakfast. Then after two and half hours you have to eat a snack.
Then after three hours you’ll have to eat lunch. After three hours of eating lunch you’ll have to eat a second snack.
After three hours of eating that snack you’ll have to eat dinner.
Now after two and half hours of eating your dinner you’ll have to eat a third snack before going to bed.
It might sound weird at first but stopping your body from remaining empty for longer periods of time slows down metabolism.
I have talked about the whole Fit Body Guide Meal Plan above. But if you ask me I would say that it is a bit expensive.
It requires a whole lot of grocery items that you’ll need in order to cook the meals recommended in the plan. It can also be a bit troublesome to follow.
If you have a tough job then there’s a chance you won’t be able to find time to eat meals and snacks by following the schedule in the meal plan.
Anna Victoria’s Meal Plan Is Expensive Compared To Others!
For those of you who might not know after completing the 12 weeks meal plan you’ll have to buy the 13-24 week meal plan in order to complete the regime shared by Anna Victoria.
Combining the cost of the meal plan and all of the food items will make you spend a lot of money.
And if you aren’t able to follow the meal plan till the end then your spent money will be a complete waste.
However, I did find a cheaper yet effective alternative to Anna Victoria’s Fit Body Guide Meals Plans. Check it out!

The Bikini Body Workouts meal plan by Jen Ferruggia is very simple to follow. It doesn’t require you to buy lots of expensive food items, and it doesn’t require you to starve yourself either.
I found the Bikini Body Workouts meal plan to be efficient because you can still eat your favorite food items.
Who wants to go weeks without eating a slice of pizza?
You can continue eating your favorite foods while following this meal plan. Another good thing about it as that where Anna Victoria’s meal plan was to be followed for 12 weeks, and then a Part 2 for weeks 13-24, this meal plan will help you change your body in just 60 days.
It is also very affordable. You’ll also get a whole nutritional guide. There’s no need to worry about counting calories either.
The Bikini Body Workouts meal plan is easy, for all ages, affordable, and very effective. It is totally worth it!
My Results Following The Bikini Body Workouts And Nutrition Plan
So far, I’ve lost a total of 19lbs in 6 weeks which for me is amazing. This is the first time I’ve been able to follow something like this without wanting to give up!
The Bikini Body Workouts has given me the tools to keep focused and I think that is important with a workout program, especially for people like me.
I have way more energy than I did before and the weight is just disappearing each day. I’m addicted.
