Don’t worry, I feel your pain and it can be a little overwhelming when you try and search for a workout program that actually works.

You have to realise, you can’t just follow any old gym workout routine, you have to make sure it’s suited for women and the goals you want to achieve.

When I first started going to the gym, I just done anything and everything without keeping track of my workout.

That’s why I bought the Bikini Body Workouts. It’s full of videos that show you how to do each exercise properly so you don’t injure yourself.

You also get a pdf manual that walks you through each exercise a little more in depth and it’s really well laid out.

You also get a comprehensive shopping guide that accompanies the nutrition guide. This nutrition guide is the only “diet” I’ve ever been able to follow. It’s very easy and it’s not restrictive like most diets and meal plans.

How Quick Will I See Results?

Well, for me, I started seeing results in the first week. I took the action and started that same day that I purchased the program.

I also took the program very serious, I’m not the type that spends money on something only to let it gather dust.

That day, I got my ass in the car and drove to the gym on a mission lol.

How Long Are The Workouts And What Do I Need?

Each workout is around 45 minutes but I normally knock mine out in about 30 minutes because I have it down pat.

For fast results it’s recommended to workout 4 days per week, which gives you 3 days off to fully recover.

Don’t worry, the workouts give each body part plenty of time to recover and you will become addicted to the burn 🙂
