I had a go at many sports but my passion was baseball.
After my wife passed, my whole life went in a downward spiral and life itself started to get busy FAST!

I think you’ll agree, when you’re eating fast foods like KFC, Mcdonalds and pizza it makes you feel pretty crap.
But still, it’s easy and convenient, so we eat it anyways.
With 2 overactive boys, I was finding it hard to keep up!
The more overweight I became the harder it was to spend quality time with them playing catch and trying to chase after them at the park.
With the sudden increase in weight, also came the health problems.
Apparently, I was on the verge of type 2 diabetes.
Long story short, I had to do something fast.
P90X3 Calendar: To Challenging For Me
To be successful and to get results Tony recommends following the P90X3 schedule which is a 90 day calendar.
It is laid out good and it’s easy to follow.
However, this is a 7 day schedule that can be hard to maintain or stay consistent with, especially for the 90 day calendar.
Because they are high intensity, they are very challenging.
If you’re a complete beginner or, if you haven’t exercised for some time like myself, then you’re going to find this super hard.
I recommend a much easier workout that gradually gets harder.
P90X3 is super hard from the get go..
What’s The Difference Between P90X, P90X2 and P90X3?
I first heard about P90X a few years ago, it was really popular and was advertised on TV a LOT…
Since then, Tony Horton has evolved the workout program and created 2 sequels to the original.
Difference between P90X and P90X2:
According to Tony Horton (the trainer and creator) P90X was created to cause muscle confusion.
With P90X2 resistance training, plyometrics, cardio training, and yogahave been added in the form of 12 new workouts.
These workouts are supposed to stimulate mobility, power, speed, and agility to increase that athleticism.
Difference Between P90X2 and P90X3:
Basically, P90X3 is a shorter but more higher intensity workout compared to P90X2.
It’s the previous workout programs all jammed into one done faster.
That’s why it’s called P90X3 Extreme Fitness Accelerated.

The workout sheets are pretty handy. They’re good for keeping a bit of a diary of your workout as well.
