Thinking about buying the Tammy Hembrow workout program?
Why I didn’t like it and the alternative that’s working for me..
This might save you some money!
Hi there! My name is Hannah and thanks for reading my Tammy Hembrow review.
Being a 29 year old single mum with very little support from their father has been super hectic.
After giving birth to Hayley (my first) when I was 24, I gained a lot of weight because I really struggled with the cravings.
Then, 2 months after Hayley first birthday, I found out I was pregnant with Aden.
Again, more cravings (chocolate milk and kababs lol).
I was 4 months pregnant with Aden and then their father up and left me for one of my so-called friends.
I later found out they’d been screwing behind my back for a whole year.
With all the stress from the break-up, I went into labor early and had to get a stitch put in to prevent Aden from coming so early.
Thankfully Aden was ok and I went full term.
You could say we had a very rough break up, possibly the worst time of my life.
I’d lost some of the weight after having Aden mostly from going through all the stress, the only problem was my butt was going south and I really hated the shape of it.
I needed a good meal plan and workout program to follow so I could get into shape.
That’s When I Found Tammy Hembrow’s Workouts
I came across Tammy on Instagram while searching for things like #fitspo and #fitspiration.
Going through her profile I noticed that she had over 7 million followers!!
So I followed her and started watching some of her videos and seen that she had her own fitness program.
I needed a workout program and a meal plan to follow because I’ve tried doing it on my own and failed multiple times.
Tammy’s guides are pretty expensive compared to some, the workouts cost $49.99 US and the meal plan cost $14.99 so that’s a total of $59.98 US !
That might not be much money for some people, but for someone like me who lives week to week, it certainly is.
I really wish I done some research before handing over my money because all I got where two simple pdf eBooks with a few images and descriptions of each exercise.
What’s really annoying and what the big disappointment was for me is most of the workout guide is full of useless pages of crap to make it look more than it is.
About 8 pages of the 29 (yes there is only 29 pages for $44.99) are all nonsense.
The disclaimer takes up a full page, the about this program a full page then there’s the eating guidelines and how to use the guide.
So really you only get 20 pages that have any valuable information on them.
The workouts are nothing new and to be honest I was expecting a LOT more for my money.

The eBook is really simple and for the price, it was a big let down for me.
Call Me Cheap But It Gets Worse
For around $60 US you get a simple pdf 8-week workout guide with a few pages with pics and a pdf meal plan guide that is boring as hell.
That’s not the only cost but when you add it all up.
I also had to fork out for a gym membership, either that or buy a heap of gym equipment just to follow the workouts.
That’s another $60 per month or so just to join the gym!
I probably could have got the gym to write up a program for free.
From what others are saying, the Tammy Hembrow at home booty workout program isn’t that good either.
Then there’s the cost of the food.
This didn’t worry me too much but most of the stuff is expensive and you pretty much need your own personal chef to cook for you with these recipes.

Overall, I felt really disappointed.
Maybe if there was some workout videos or something else I probably wouldn’t have felt like I wasted my money.
I did give it a go but only lasted a week. To be honest I just didn’t like it.
That wasn’t going to stop me though because I was determined to get in shape and I wanted a rounder, firm and fuller butt!!
The Tammy Hembrow Alternative I Follow Now And It’s Working For Me.
I was pretty bummed out about the Tammy Hembrow workout program.
She does have a fit body and she definitely seems like a really nice person, I just didn’t like her guides.
But I didn’t give up there though, I was determined to get back in shape and still sick of the sight of my butt!
I searched for some Tammy Hembrow reviews to see if anyone else was feeling the same way as I was and found I wasn’t alone…
In a Facebook group, I came across, there were a few people there complaining saying how Tammy’s guides are a waste of money.
One of the ladies mentioned an alternative they found which was actually better but a lot cheaper called the Bikini Body Workouts by Jen Ferruggia.
I had to check it out for myself and thankfully I did because it’s the workout program I’m now following and I’m already seeing results.
If you’re like me – short on money, time and need videos along with a good meal plan, then, in my opinion, this is the perfect alternative!
Best of all it’s only $29.99 US which is a lot cheaper than the Tammy Hembrow workout guide alone.

As you can see, you do get more with Bikini Body Workouts and it is a much better deal.
Also, with Tammy’s workout it’s an 8-week plan but with Jens Bikini Body Workouts it’s a 12-week challenge and you can do this at home or the gym.
Jen includes an extra guide for free, which is her 21-day booty workout and in my opinion, it’s a lot better than Tammy Hembrow’s eBook!
I’ve been following Jen Ferruggia’s workout program for 7 weeks and I can already see the difference.
My Results So Far…Week 7! (Updated)
I’m only 7 weeks in and I’m seeing some big improvements already. I feel like I’m getting stronger and I’m toning up fast.
My butt is much firmer and it’s starting to lift already.
I’m also noticing a big boost in energy too which is coming in very handy when running around after the kids.
Jen really motivates you throughout each workout and I think that’s why I’m doing so well.
Watching the videos while I workout really is like having a personal trainer pushing me to go harder.
And the nutrition guide is easy to follow, I’m even making healthy meals without even thinking about it now and best of all the meal plan is flexible and the food is affordable.
I was so used to take away and snack foods I almost forgot how to cook, but with the bikini body workouts nutrition guide I’m eating healthy and I’m loving it.
I’m proud of my results so far and very happy with Jens program. I definitely recommend it to anyone.
